The Adaptation Alpha: Driving Value From Resilience Today
A London Climate Action Week side event

  • June 24, 2026

The case for adaptation is increasingly well established. But a harder question is beginning to shape investor conversations: is investing in corporate resilience in public markets already generating value, and if so, for whom, and how?

On Wednesday 24 June, the MSCI Institute and the Global Adaptation & Resilience Investment (GARI) working group invite a select group of senior investors, corporates, and policy specialists to explore that question, grounded in findings from our research, The Hidden Adaptation Economy: A New View of Corporate Resilience and Opportunity.

This session will push into territory that only an intimate roundtable allows: an honest conversation about what companies are actually doing, what investors are beginning to see, and what the policy environment, across the UK, EU, and beyond, is doing to accelerate or impede the adaptation investment case.

Who Should Attend
This roundtable is designed for senior professionals working at the intersection of investment and climate resilience, including asset owners and asset managers with an active interest in adaptation strategies, corporate sustainability and strategy leaders, and policy specialists focused on climate finance and adaptation frameworks.
